Issue With Queen Elizabeth's - Bridge (Forward) Camera Link

keeps showing poor satellite signal. Other ships in same area have signal ie recently in Southampton all three Cunard ships were together and Queen Elizabeth webcam was not on. Appears to work intermittently. :confused:
 
Yes, when it says "Poor Satellite Signal" the issue is out of our hands - that is the image the ship last transmitted.
 
Still not working - very disappointed. I have always managed to follow my parents on these cruises before. Aged 89 & 90, not sure they'll do another one.
