Most issues with webcams are completely out of our control, as-is this case also.

We only offer the streaming images when they are provided from the cruise line / ship. The Norwegian Pearl has not sent out an updated image in approximately 4 days. The camera issue is onboard. Once a new image is available it will automatically begin to update here on CRUISIN.

That seems unusual since I notified Norwegian Customer Service on the first day and I would think that someone on the ship knows how to fix a web camera. Disappointed for sure !
